Character Technology
The characters of a game can be a very large factor in determining the level of immersion. You simply need good characters to support a good story or else the level of enjoyment greatly diminishes. When I talk about characters, I'm referring to the personality, appearance and behavior of the various characters within a game.

Hello to all

My problem consists of having translucent and transparent textures.
Only the eyes of the persons in the plane before you start
the first level are visible.

I got the latest BETA-driver for my Nvidia 8600GTS, still same problem,

got the latest driver for my motherboard, still same problem,

got the latest audiodrivers, still same problem,

Tried every possible settings for resolution, tried low, medium settings, still same problem.

After 3 reinstallements of the game i gave up and now i am here
to search for an answer.

O .. by the way the thing THAT works is the menu!!!


If there is no answer to this problem there is only one solution, bringing the game back to the
store where i bought it.

This was one of my first legal games i bought but I am seriously thinking on starting
to download again!

The cracked versions ALWAYS work and don' t cost 60 EURO!


SO PLEASE HELP ME I WANT TO PLAY!

well not sure exactly what u see there, but if you got some texture bugs, it must be Nvidia drivers, anyway i had some weird stuff at the beginning as well with my Ati 2900XT, i couldn't see my weapon for a while at first mission, after a while when it loaded all the textures it went back to normal, it is just a Driver issue i guess, try to play it for a while and see what happens! Or show us some screen shoots, i am sure there will be a fix for that! Maybe roll back a driver try the old ones u had, i can't think of anything else really, but i do hope you will find a solution for it , since Crysis is surely one of best games i ever played !

I had the same problem..but with the demo..
The only way it worked on was when I changed the shader level to high...
But then I downloaded the 163.75 forceware and everything was A OK
