Clan Wars: (have you signed up for any leagues or competitions)
Clan Information: (information about your clan, what makes it good why i have to join it any benefits etc.)

For members (if you are searching for a clan)

Your Name: ( provide us with your real name and ingame name)
Your Previous clans: ( provide us with information about your previous clans )
Your Previous Games ( provide us with information what games you use to play and in which clans etc.)
Your Age: ( how old are you?)
Country/Region: ( where do you live ,specify time zone,it is important for ping purposes)
Clan Wars: ( you experience about previous clan matches , have you played in any competitions etc.)
Information: ( Why are you looking for a clan ,why did you leave old one if you had any)
Your Rig: ( your PC specs,discribe )
Your Connection: ( What is your connection speed )
